We took two classic flavors and paired them to make another of our Customer favorites. We make our own coffee caramel by infusing fresh cream with local coffee beans, caramelizing with sugar, and adding a touch of milk chocolate for a balanced flavor. A second layer of dark chocolate vanilla ganache is added. Encased in a Fair Trade Certified Belgian 54% dark chocolate shell, the two layers provide a perfect balance of taste. Even non-coffee drinkers love this truffle!
