Our raspberry ganache is a Customer favorite. The taste of fresh raspberries from our raspberry puree, caramelized sugar, and dark chocolate swirl together with a touch of Chambord liquor in the smooth ganache filling. Encased in a Fair Trade Certified Belgian 54% dark chocolate shell, this truffle reminds me of summer days spent picking fresh berries in my backyard, and it's vegan!
